Privacy Policy

Tally & Co. ("we," "us") is a small business that sells spreadsheet templates as digital downloads. This policy explains how we handle data in connection with our own marketing tools, including our Pinterest integration.

Who this covers

This integration is for our own organization's use only. We use the Pinterest API solely to publish our own marketing pins — product images that link to our own Etsy listings — to our own Pinterest business account, and to read analytics for our own pins and boards. We do not act on behalf of, or process data belonging to, any other Pinterest user.

Information we access

• Our own Pinterest account: boards we own, pins we create, and the performance metrics for them.
• Authentication tokens that let our software post to our own account. These are stored securely and are never shared.

We do not collect personal information from Pinterest users, visitors, or customers through this integration. We do not access other people's boards, pins, or private data.

How we use it

Only to schedule and publish our own pins and to measure how our own content performs, so we can improve our marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share any data obtained through the Pinterest API, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

Data retention & security

Access tokens and pin records are kept only as long as needed to operate the integration and are stored on private, access-controlled systems. You can revoke our access at any time from your Pinterest account settings, which immediately stops all access.

Third parties

Our pins link to our listings on Etsy. When you click a pin you are taken to Etsy, whose own privacy policy applies there. We follow Pinterest's Developer Guidelines.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
